Hello, hello, hello….. I hope that your day is going wonderfully! The weather here is bright and sunny – just a perfect day! I was inspired by the Celebrate Sunflowers bundle – I just love how Night of Navy and Silver coordinate together! Hope you enjoy!
The card base is Night of Navy Cardstock (Measurement: 8 1/2 X 51/2). The second layer is Basic White Cardstock (measurement: 5 1/4 X 4).
Use the Stampin’ Cut and Emboss machine with the Old World Paper Embossing Folder to create the texture. (Yikes – sadly, the Old World Paper Embossing Folder is retiring soon and is only available while supplies last – if you would like to have as part of your collection – please order soon!)
Stamp the large sunflower from Celebrate Sunflowers (page 13 of 2020/2021 catalog) on Thick Basic White Cardstock with the Night of Navy Stamp Pad. With a blender pen, move the color around – trying not to touch the outside edges. Cut out the Sunflower with the solid sunflower die (page 175). Then cut the top sunflower piece with silver foil (also a product that is retiring and only available while supplies last!).
Cut the leaves in Night of Navy Cardstock. Adhere the silver sunflower outline to the Night of Navy sunflower. Place the sunflower on the card with dimensionals and add silver metallic pearls (page 156) in the center. Complete this unique card by adhering a Night of Navy strip made from Many Medallions dies (pg. 176).
